Returns & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (or 14 days for UK & EU customers) to give you time to review your purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please include proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email or number when submitting a return request.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Returns

If you wish to return an order with no issues present (for example, a size preference or change of mind), you may still return it within the return window. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A full refund will be issued once the product is received and verified by our warehouse team.

If the return is due to a store error or defect, such as receiving the wrong item, wrong size, or a damaged product, the return will be free of charge. We will cover the shipping fees and provide either a replacement or full refund once the item has been inspected.

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction, as posting times may vary.

4. UK & EU Customers

Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging, and must include proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.
